Context4 Healthcare's leadership team consists of industry-leading healthcare compliance experts and innovators.
Mr. Earles founded Context 4 Healthcare as part of the acquisition of healthcare coding and reimbursement assets from EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) and has since served as Context’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to Context, Mr. Earles served as Vice President of Business Development for NovoDynamics, a global leader in advanced digital discovery, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling solutions, and was responsible for its global commercial growth and the development of its worldwide partner program.
Mr. Earles also served as Vice President of Healthcare Solutions for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) and Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV), as well as Vice President and General Manager for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP). Mr. Earles has served as a speaker at various healthcare industry events and has published articles pertaining to the reimbursement challenges facing the healthcare industry.
Mr. Danza leads the product strategy efforts for Context 4 Healthcare. With more than 20 years of experience within the healthcare industry, Mr. Danza’s focus is on analyzing the strategic direction of Context’s solutions and services, and identifying the ways in which Context can continue to meet the needs and expectations of its clients.
Mr. Danza has been a speaker at a number of healthcare industry events and has been published on the topic of methods for health plans to maximize revenue when offering products on the Health Insurance Exchanges.
Prior to joining Context, Mr. Danza spent 19 years with TriZetto Corporation (NASDAQ: TZIX), including a leadership position as the AVP of Benefits Administration Product Management. In addition, Mr. Danza held leadership positions with United Insurance Company of America and CNA Insurance (NYSE: CNA).
Mr. Danza holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Elmhurst College.
Mr. Lung brings more than 20 years of experience in management, business development and sales to the role. He develops and executes strategies to address market needs and drive sustainable growth. He integrates closely with product strategy and client success to drive consistency in value from marketing through delivery.
Prior to joining Context, Mr. Lung lead business development for Capgemini, DST and IBM. During his career he worked in every phase of the business including strategy, delivery, marketing, sales and operations. His experience includes business transformation, enterprise software enablement and core operations outsourcing for payers and providers.
Mr. Lung’s professional designations include: Certification in Health information Management (College of Saint Scholastica), Certified Public Accountant (AICPA), Certified Information Professional (AIIM), CPIM (APICS). He is a member of HIMSS and AHIMA. He holds an MBA from Xavier University.
Mr. Madland leads the finance department for Context 4 Healthcare. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Madland has a broad range of accounting and finance knowledge, including financial controls, budget and cash management, payroll, human resources, and SEC reporting.
Mr. Madland previously served as the Accounting Manager for Hawthorne Credit Union, the Controller for CoreVision Group, and the Accounting Manager at FTD (NASDAQ: UNTD), where he led accounting and finance initiatives while training and supervising accounting team members.
Mr. Madland is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University. He received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Mr. Yu leads the product development teams for Context 4 Healthcare. He has held senior programming and development leadership roles with Context for more than 10 years. He has been instrumental in the development of Context’s industry-leading claim editing and coding software solutions.
Prior to Context, Mr. Yu served as Director of Software Development for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC), Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV), and Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) where he led the teams responsible for medical coding, editing software products, ClaimPack, and EOB software development. Mr. Yu began his career as an engineer with Electron-Optics Research Institute in China, and later worked at Comdisco (NASDAQ: CDCO) as a Senior Software Engineer.
Mr. Yu holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Dr. Klasa serves as the Medical Director for Context 4 Healthcare and leads Context’s medical content and compliance teams. Dr. Klasa’s expertise includes clinical and regulatory guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
Dr. Klasa has authored several health compliance articles and has presented for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
Prior to Context, Dr. Klasa served as Director of Software Development for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) and Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV) where she advised senior management on healthcare industry trends and strategy.
Dr. Klasa has more than 20 years of healthcare experience in private practice as a nurse practitioner and as a Chiropractic Physician.
Ms. Gallee serves as In-House Counsel and as the Compliance Officer for Context 4 Healthcare, bringing 20 years of healthcare and legal experience to the roles. Ms. Gallee oversees Context's HIPAA/HITECH compliance and risk management programs. As manager of the medical content team, she is also responsible for the legal and medical research of healthcare regulations impacting healthcare institutions to incorporate into the content of Context’s products.
Prior to joining Context, Ms. Gallee managed the Contracts and Compliance function at Provena Mercy Medical Center. Prior to that, she was the Practice Administrator at a private medical practice and has held leadership positions in healthcare risk and legal claims management in both the hospital and insurance industries.
Ms. Gallee is a licensed attorney in Illinois and has a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University, as well as a Registered Health Information Administrator credential and a Certification in Healthcare Compliance.
Ms. Armbruster leads the Client Success team for Context 4 Healthcare and brings more than 10 years of sales and customer-related experience to the role. She develops and executes Context’s client satisfaction and retention strategies, and oversees the product implementation and onboarding process for new customers within the healthcare payer and provider markets.
Prior to joining Context, Ms. Armbruster investigated claim appeals as an Examiner for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) and its subsidiaries, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of IL, TX, OK, NM, and MT. In this role, she also served as a subject matter expert for enterprise-wide projects to evaluate existing IT strategies. Previously, Kate served in marketing and sales roles for VNA Health Care and the American Family Life Assurance Company.
Ms. Armbruster’s professional designations include: Fellow, Health Insurance Advanced Studies (FHIAS) with a concentration in Medicare Marketing, and Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) with a concentration in Managed Care. She holds a B.A. degree in Marketing from Aurora University.
Mr. Orszula leads the Context 4 Healthcare IT team and brings more than 12 years of experience in networking and system administration to the role. Mr. Orszula is responsible for Context’s IT infrastructure design and management of day-to-day IT operations.
Mr. Orszula has attained certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
Prior to joining Context, Mr. Orszula served as the Network Administrator at Valtera Corporation for more than 10 years. He began his career in IT at Sentinel Technologies, Inc. where he worked on projects that included Exchange server migration, VPN implementation and firewall solutions.
Mr. Orszula holds a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from Eastern Illinois University.
