Digital Marketing and PR Specialist

We are looking for a versatile marketing professional to join our team. The Digital Marketing and PR Specialist's role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Proficiency in graphic design, web advertising, social media and web development is a must. 


  • SharpSpring (digital content and demand marketing)
  • Social Media Marketing/Advertising (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Design and maintenance of all Context marketing assets (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Microsoft Dynamics (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Sitefinity for website content management system
  • Camtasia for screen recording and tutorial videos


  • Manage SharpSpring changes to drive inbound demand management from our website to Microsoft Dynamics
  • Manage writing, editorial, and execution of Social Media Marketing/Advertising
  • Research and optimize SEO for excellent results across Web and Social
  • Research new methods to extend content marketing for increased demand and lead generation
  • Perform content and lead research in support of marketing campaigns and outreach
  • Developing, managing, and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, brochures, and email campaigns
  • Planning, development, and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, website strategy and design, social media, and videos
  • Interfacing with Sales and Product Management teams
  • Ongoing management of digital touch points, including and social networking pages
  • Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
  • Presenting recommendations to the VP of Product Strategy and CEO


  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, landing pages, and social media content
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social media marketing
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, Microsoft Excel
