Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in client relationship development and account management within the health insurance space and joined Context 4 Healthcare as an Implementation Manager in December 2024. She helps clients navigate a complex health insurance environment while building trusted, long-term partnerships, supported by her Health & Life license and ACA certification.
In her role, Kelly leads the full implementation lifecycle by learning each client’s business structure and claims workflows, delivering training and system demonstrations, and troubleshooting challenges to support a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
Kelly remains actively engaged after go-live, following up with clients to confirm solutions are operating as expected and helping them optimize their use of Context SaaS platforms. With a genuine commitment to client success, she focuses on creating value, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey.
